By registering for the PokerParadime Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use it. Visitors to the PokerParadime Service who do not register to become a Member (see 2 below) similarly affirm that they are bound by this Agreement each time they access the PokerParadime Service. This Agreement may change from time to time.

People who register for the PokerParadime Service become "Members". They must be AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE. Additionally, a member between the ages of 13 and 18 affirms that their legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to the Terms.

As well as being able to browse the PokerParadime Service like any visitor to it, Members may:

• Participate in live games which may be available on the PokerParadime Service.
• Post to any of the message boards which may be available on the PokerParadime Service.
• Post messages to any of the live games which may be available on the PokerParadime Service.
• Post their details which appear on the PokerParadime Service.

As part of the registration process for the PokerParadime Service, you will receive an email, the purpose of which is to take reasonable steps to ensure that the email address you have nominated during registration is controlled by you. That email contains notification of your login details required to access the Service as a Member.

PokerParadime's Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement, and by agreeing to this Agreement, you are also giving your consent to the way we may handle your personal data in that policy.

You, whether you are a Member or just a non-Member who visits the PokerParadime Service, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Members - whether on the PokerParadime Service or outside of it. We merely provide a venue where the PokerParadime Service may be accessed. PokerParadime does not pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by Members.

The Service may include a virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") including, but not limited to chips, cash, or points, that may be purchased from PokerParadime for "real world" money if you are a legal adult in your country of residence. The Service may also include virtual, in-game digital items ("Virtual Goods") that may be purchased from PokerParadime for "real world" money or for Virtual Currency. Regardless of the terminology used, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods may never be redeemed for "real world" money, goods or other items of monetary value from PokerParadime or any other party.

Other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to use the Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency in the Service, you have no right or title in or to any such Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency appearing or originating in the Service, or any other attributes associated with use of the Service or stored within the Service.

PokerParadime has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and PokerParadime shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

Transfers of Virtual Currencies and Virtual Goods are strictly prohibited except where explicitly authorized within the Service. Outside of the game, you may not buy or sell any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods for "real world" money or otherwise exchange items for value. Any attempt to do so is in violation of these Terms and may result in a lifetime ban from PokerParadime Service and possible legal action.

You agree that all sales of Virtual Goods and Currencies are final. No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. All Virtual Goods and Currencies are forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in PokerParadime's sole and absolute discretion, or if PokerParadime discontinues providing the Service.

PokerParadime may offer new or additional services through the PokerParadime Service from time to time. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, or rules of use, which you must comply with. Provided that those terms or rules are notified to you on the PokerParadime Service in an appropriate manner (as determined by PokerParadime in its reasonable discretion), any failure by you to comply with a material provision of the terms or rules governing those services will amount to a breach of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to:

• suspend or terminate any Member's access to the PokerParadime Service, or parts of it, and/or
• edit, or require the Member to edit, material posted on the PokerParadime Service, if the relevant Member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Any person whose access has been suspended or terminated must not re-register for, or re-access, the PokerParadime Service without our prior consent. You are responsible for everything that is done on or through the PokerParadime Service while your Membership account is logged on to the PokerParadime Service. You must not use your access to the PokerParadime Service, or information gathered from it, for the sending of unsolicited bulk email.

Prohibited Material

You are responsible for ensuring that no material you post, or which is posted through a machine on which you access the PokerParadime Service, nor any activity or communication you make in connection with any PokerParadime Service, will be capable of:

• infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity,
• breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortious or otherwise, or
• appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable or misleading.

Personal Use

The Service is intended solely for personal use and entertainment and not for money. A Member may only have one account with PokerParadime and shall only use the Service using such single account. Furthermore a Member shall not permit another person to use the Service via his account.

Collusion

Collusion between Members by sharing hole cards or by any other methods is strictly forbidden. PokerParadime reserves the right, in addition to other measures, to restrict seating and/or to prohibit Members from playing at a particular poker table or in a tournament, including restricting two or more Members from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament. In addition, PokerParadime reserves the right to consider any collusion between players (including Members) as a material breach of this Agreement and accordingly PokerParadime shall have the right to terminate a Member's account if a Member engages or attempts to engage in any such activity, regardless of the outcome of such attempt.

Automatic Players (BOTS)

The use of external artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Service. PokerParadime defines "External" to mean artificial intelligence other than that provided on the PokerParadime Service. All actions taken in relation to the Service by a Member must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of a web browser.

Data Mining

A user may not access or compile information on other players beyond that which the user has personally observed through the user's own game play or that of the user's virtual players.

Chip-Dumping

Chip-dumping occurs when any Member intentionally loses a hand in order to deliberately transfer his chips to another Member. Any Member who chip-dumps or attempts to chip-dump with any other Member while using the Service may be permanently banned from using the Service and their account may be terminated immediately.

If you see anything on the PokerParadime Service that appears to infringe this Agreement, then please contact us to inform us of it by emailing us . We do not monitor material contributed by Members before it is placed on the PokerParadime Service, and so we are reliant upon users to point out any which infringes this Agreement.

Each Member acknowledges that we are entitled to withdraw any material on the PokerParadime Service that appears whether based on information received from Members or others, or our own determination to be capable of breaching any part of this Agreement, or to bring the PokerParadime Service into disrepute. However, each user acknowledges that we do not monitor material that appears on the PokerParadime Service, and that we are reliant upon you and all users to notify us of anything you see here which appears likely to breach this Agreement, using the notification techniques that are made available on the PokerParadime Service.

PokerParadime has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy of any material available on the PokerParadime Service, whether provided by Members or others.

• If any third party sites are linked to from the PokerParadime Service, this does not mean that we endorse or have any responsibility for the site in question or anything that appears on it.
• Even though Members are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that people might not necessarily be who they say they are.
• Your use of the PokerParadime Service is entirely at your own risk.

Accordingly, to the extent that the law permits, you release PokerParadime from all liability arising out of or in connection with the PokerParadime Service and the material included here by Members and other third parties.

You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the PokerParadime Service (including the material which is contributed by Members) are owned by PokerParadime. Therefore, no one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the PokerParadime Service, or any of the material that is found on the PokerParadime Service unless properly licensed to do so by us.

By submitting any material to the content to the PokerParadime Service, you:

• are representing that you are fully entitled to do so;
• grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence right to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any form, anywhere; and
• authorise us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as the author, of the material in question.

This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy and Rules. Together they contain the whole of the agreement between us and you concerning the PokerParadime Service and they replace all earlier agreements and understandings with you, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement.

PokerParadime may occasionally update this Agreement from time to time and we encourage you to periodically review it. If we change this Agreement we will post the new version on the PokerParadime Service. Your continued use of the PokerParadime Service constitutes your agreement to this Agreement and any updates.

In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
