This statement describes the privacy practices we apply for the PokerParadime Service. The information we gather and track:

When you register for the PokerParadime Service, you provide a username and your email address. In response you will be emailed a password. They are available to you, and capable of being changed, through the Edit Profile page. In addition you may add some optional notes about yourself though the Edit Profile page. Your username, nominated email address, password and optional notes form your "User Details"

When you interact with the Service, our servers keep an activity log unique to you that collects certain administrative and traffic information including: source IP address, time of access, date of access, browser type and pages visited. This information is essential for the provision and quality of the Service.

We also collect and process useage information essential for the optimal provision of the Service such as: actions taken by you while interacting with any game on the Service, the corresponding game state at the time the action was taken, a unique game identifier, a unique game type identifier, the time taken to complete an action.

PokerParadime uses "cookies" to identify users:

A temporary session cookie is used to identify an individual Member while they are logged on to the Service. These cookies disappear when the Member's browser session ends, or if the Member logs off the PokerParadime Service.

We also use permanent cookies, which are used to make it easier for you to login and for the gathering of usage statistics in order to improve the PokerParadime Service.

The key principles we apply are these:

• We will not supply or sell your personal data to a third party for commercial exploitation.
• The only circumstances in which we will provide any of your personal data to a third party for non-commercial purposes are those contained in this Privacy Policy.

User Details
Your User Details, except for the email address and password, are available for Members or Non Members to browse through on the Member Home Page. We will use your personal information to occasionally send you events and news information and to provide you with customer support services. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter.

Email addresses
We do not make your email address available to anyone on any screen of the PokerParadime Service.

Leaderboards
Information about the standing of Members in any games they have participated in, including username, ranking, virtual bankroll, and country are available for Members or Non Members to browse through on the Leaderboards and on the Member Home Page. Country is only displayed if provided voluntarily by the Member as part of the Member's User Details.

Password
Your PokerParadime password is confidential and it is required that you do not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.

Changes in PokerParadime's business
If all of the assets that PokerParadime uses to operate its business (or substantially all of them) are acquired by a third party, we may transfer personal data we then hold to that party.

Place of processing
The personal information held by us is held on and processed by computers situated in the United Kingdom.

We have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is restricted internally. However, it remains each Member's responsibility:

• to protect against unauthorised access to User Details;
• to ensure against use by anyone else of the PokerParadime Service through the machine that Member uses while they are logged on to PokerParadime Service;
• to log off or exit from the PokerParadime Service when not using it; and
• to keep his/her password secret.

We reserve the right to communicate such of a Member's personal information as we hold to third parties which seek the disclosure of it, and which make a legally compliant request for its disclosure.
